News: SMS Notifications

You can now get updates by SMS too. Just add your phone number to your profile and we'll text you about anything important - whether you're mid-game or away from your computer.

How to turn it on

Log in to the dashboard, open your profile, and enter your phone number. You can do it right when signing up, or anytime later in your account settings.

What we'll text you about

• Ticket reply - the moment we get back to you
• New invoice - as soon as it's issued, so nothing slips by
• Paid invoice - confirmation your payment came through
• Overdue invoice - a reminder so your service doesn't lapse

What's coming

In the future we'll also use your phone number for service outage alerts - so you know about downtime before your players do.

Adding your phone number is entirely optional. You can change or remove it in your profile at any time.
