SMS Notifications
We've introduced a new way to keep you informed about important events - via SMS.
If you add your phone number to your profile (either during sign-up or later in your account settings), we'll use it to send you alerts for new replies to your tickets, newly issued invoices, paid invoices, and overdue invoices.
In the future, we also plan to use phone numbers for notifications about potential service outages.
Providing your phone number is entirely optional, and you can change or remove it in your profile at any time.
